​COURSE DETAILS: • Approved by the Arizona Department of Public Safety, this online course meets the training requirements for applicants seeking a new Unarmed Security Guard license. • The course is available 24/7, allowing you to complete the training at your own pace. • Access is immediate upon purchase. • Within 48 working hours of completing the course, your instructor will email you the Security Guard Application, Training Verification form, and instructions on how to submit your application to the Arizona Department of Public Safety Licensing Unit. Note: The cost of the course does not include the AZ DPS license processing fee, which must be submitted by the applicant upon course completion.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:
We understand that plans can change and unexpected events may arise. For in-person courses, if you are unable to attend your scheduled class, a 72-hour notice of cancellation is required to transfer your class payment to the next available session. Failure to notify VIP within this 72-hour cancellation period will result in the loss of the class payment. Only one rollover is allowed, and it must be used within three months. If you fail to attend your rollover class, the class payment will be forfeited. For online courses, once access to the course has been granted, no cancellations or transfers are allowed. However, you will have access to complete the course at your own pace, within the timeframe provided. Payments can be applied to any VIP class. Please note that all sales are final, and all of our training classes are non-refundable.
